Service Packages

My service parts inventory is comprised of quality components for repairing and upgrading modern bicycles, with an aim of achieving maximum performance and reliability.

Brand name E-Bikes can be booked for service, though motor-connected electronics repairs are not available.

At this time I do not offer suspension maintenance, but can organise professional servicing at the renowned SuspensionWerx in North Vancouver.

Level 1 Service Package - The Basics - $135

Start your journey in scheduled preventative maintenance with this package. Recommended bi-monthly for performance athletes, and quarterly for enthusiast riders.

  • Overall safety check, including testing all bolts are torqued to specification

  • In-depth cleaning of the wheels and frame

  • Detail focused shifting adjustments for front and rear derailleurs

  • Brake adjustments (Rim, or Disk)

  • Basic replacement component installation

  • Installation of replacement shift and brake cable/housing for external and semi-external routed frames. Fully integrated or headset based cable routing frames will incur an additional $20 service fee

Level 2 Service Package - In Depth - $180

Whether you desire a more in-depth and complete tune, or you have an upcoming race or event, this is the package for you.

  • In-depth cleaning and inspection of wheels and frame

  • Complete drivetrain removal and cleaning (chain, cassette, chainrings, and derailleurs)

  • Detailed wheel truing, including spoke tension measurement and balancing

  • Brake alignment and adjustments, including truing of disk rotors

  • Precision derailleur shifting adjustments

  • Derailleur hanger alignment

  • Installation of shift and brake cables and housing (internally routed cables through the handlebar or headset require an additional $20 labour charge)

  • Complete bearing assessment. (Replacement of bottom bracket included. Replacement of hub, suspension pivot, or headset bearings are an additional charge)

Semi-Prebuilt Bike Build - $145

Buying a bike from an online bike shop or a direct to consumer brand? No problem! Potential upcharge for bikes less than 80% built out of the box

Minimum labour charge of $50

Tire pressure has a drastic effect on how your bicycle handles and performs. Ask how you can optimise your tire pressure during your next tune up

Please be aware, that due to the nature of complex modern bicycles, problematic components are often discovered during the in-depth tune-up process.

I will always notify customers (if so desired) when extra parts or labour is deemed necessary
